Outgoing emails/hour

The hourly sending-rate ceiling for approved domain identities. It does not increase the monthly allowance.

Unknown mail: hold or reject

Mail to an unconfigured recipient is retained for review or rejected. Free cannot forward unknowns. Send-as, SMTP, and API stay Off.

Unknown mail: Forward

Every paid plan can route unknown recipients using the configured catch-all destination. Send-as is On, SMTP is On, and API is Enabled on Solo, Starter, Business, Agency, and Unlimited.

Free is one domain, ten aliases, one seat, a 14-day store, unknown mail hold or reject, send-as Off, SMTP Off, and API Off. Every paid plan (Solo, Starter, Business, Agency, Unlimited) includes unknown mail Forward, send-as On, SMTP On, and API Enabled. Solo is $40 per year: 5 domains, 25 aliases, 2,500 outgoing/month, 20/hour. Starter is $8 monthly or $80 yearly: 8 domains, 50 aliases, 5,000 outgoing. Business is $19 or $190: 25 domains, 200 aliases, 12,000 outgoing. Agency is $39 or $390: 100 domains, 500 aliases, 20,000 outgoing. Unlimited is $99 monthly or $990 yearly, with a 180-day store and 100,000 outgoing/month. Confirm these numbers on this page before quoting them; they are not an SLA.
